All Pianegonda jewelry is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. To receive assistance, simply contact an authorized Pianegonda retailer with the correctly completed warranty coupon and the product purchase receipt.

Pianegonda's warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage due to negligence, tampering or unauthorized repairs, or any other factor not related to material imperfections and manufacturing.

Pianegonda does not guarantee the sending of the same model for replacement requests. If the requested model is not available, one with a similar design and of equal value will be sent. For assistance services not covered by this warranty, the Pianegonda service center will perform the service at a rate that varies depending on the model and type of work required. These rates are subject to change. In any case, the rate will be notified and agreed upon with the buyer before performing the service.
